2 x 12.5L Split Pot (Computer Controller) 396W x 786D x 1149H The open pot 25 litre capacity RE fryer models offer high production in a small footprint with industry-leading 83% energy efficiency ratings, which far exceed ENERGY STAR® standards. This is thanks to features such as the proprietary self-standing, swing-up elements and the element mounted thermostat which ensures precise temperature readings. The thermostat system minimises temperature overshoot, maximising oil life. The large cold zone and forward sloping bottom help collect and remove sediment from the frypot to safeguard oil quality and support routine cleaning. The RE models are available 14 or 17kw for higher output, in both full and split pot configurations. Standard Accessories: Legs, rack-type basket support, basket hanger, twin baskets, cover.
