The premium electric FilterQuick™ model range is the most advanced oilconserving high performance frying system in the world.
Designed with an automatic in-built filtration system, these 15 litre frypot
models produce the same cooking output as 25 litre RE114 frypots,
therefore saving operators a minimum 40% in oil costs, plus a further 10%
in energy costs.
Oil life is further maximised with auto-top-off due to the smaller frypot
maintaining a favourable ratio of fresh to used oil. Less oil and longer times
between fills results in higher than 40% oil savings.

The industry's first optional integrated Oil Quality Sensor monitors the
condition of the oil. It indicates with great precision the true point that oil
needs to be discarded, ensuring high food quality and optimal oil life at a
