Every commercial kitchen needs a reliable waste valve. These are very handy parts to have in any commercial sink, and there are a variety of different types of waste valves available. For example, twist models help you avoid coming into contact with dirty water and those pesky hidden sharp objects lurking in the sink by draining the sink or stopping it with nothing more than a fast twist. These typically come with strainers; some come with flat strainers and some have locking basket strainers. Meanwhile, an overflow assembly can keep the sink safe from overflow even when you have the drain closed. Some models have cast brass bodies and stainless steel clamping rings, and many of them can be fully opened or closed with a simple quarter turn.
