Ideal for front or back of house use, the Roband BM4C bain marie provides an attractive and hygienic hot food servery option for busy restaurants, mobile caterers and many others. Able to accommodate a huge range of gastronorm pan configurations, the wet or dry heat BM4C is perfect for most pre-cooked foods, including chilli, curry, Bolognese and sauces. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the bain marie is robust and easy to clean. Supplied with six 1/3rd size 150mm deep gastronorm pans.
