Designed for maximum versatility, the Roband BM2T bain marie conveniently holds food at the perfect serving temperature in a range of configurations suitable for most types of businesses. This wet heat model also includes the added functionality of a precise dial thermostat for maximum temperature control. Able to accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots, the BM2T is ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use. Made from durable stainless steel, the Roband bain marie is robust as well as easy to use.Â
