Designed for maximum versatility and reliability, the Roband BM2E bain marie conveniently holds food at the perfect serving temperature in a range of configurations to suit all business types.Made from durable stainless steel, the Roband bain marie is robust as well as easy to use, whether in wet heat or dry heat mode. Supplied with two 7.5 litre stainless steel serving pots.Able to accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots, the BM2E is ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use.
