This wet heat model also includes the added functionality of a precise dial thermostat for maximum temperature controlWith front mounted controls, the BM21T is able to accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots whilst making the most efficient use of limited space - ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use.
