Roband BM2 designed for maximum versatility, the Roband BM2 bain marie conveniently holds food at the perfect serving temperature in a range of configurations to suit all business types. Able to accommodate two 150mm deep half-sized gastronorm pans or up to four 7.5 litre pots, the BM2 is ideal for mobile catering, events or commercial kitchen use. Made from durable stainless steel, the Roband bain marie is robust as well as easy to use, whether in wet heat or dry heat mode. Please note: gastronorm pans sold separately.
