WMBF100C roll-in 900 mm remote blast freezer with a capacity of 100kg, is capable of holding 1/1 or 2/1 GN mobile racks. It exceeds food safety legislation requirements, is HACCP compliant and meets worldwide guidelines for freeze systems. This blast freezer is capable of reducing the temperature of hot foods from 90?C to 3?C in just 90 minutes, and its options for soft or hard chilling allow it to handle both delicate and denser foods.
