- Safe – a hinged lid to minimise spills
- Wet style operation – Side handles for lifting, simply fill the internal cavity with water and the soup kettle heats the water to heat the soup via the inner bowl efficiently and evenly.
- Temperature controlled – By setting the dial to the heat level that you require, the simmerstat will maintain your soup at an ideal serving temperature.
