• Carpigiani Plus Range - Soft Serve - Free Standing • Super Uno BP Plus - Single Flavour • The specialised production of soft ice-cream and yogurt/ice-cream can be done by one machine. • This machine has only one tank to mix the flavours • This machine has one cylinder for the production of the ice-cream • One lever for pouring • Compact machine • Minimalist appearance for easy space allocation • Floor-standing machines for the production of soft serve ice cream, yogurt ice cream, sherbets and desserts. • Floor-standing soft serve machines to combine high performance and reliability with electronic production control. • The high performance soft-serve freezer combines state-of-the-art technology with simple and efficient operation. • Mixing tubs • In the upper part of the machines there are tanks that are designed to mix the ingredients before they get transformed into ice-cream. • Tanks are kept cool at a temperature of +4 degrees Celsius whether machine is operational or not. • The temperature is constantly monitored by a digital thermometer. • Pump gears • Mixtures feed the production cylinders through the patented gear pumps • The pumps pressurises the mixture with the air • This develops an ice-cream an ice-cream that is bigger in volume & has an overun of up to 80% • Production cylinders • Located in the centre section of the machines are horizontal cylinders for the production where auto adjusting gears guarantee a perfect mixing for the ice-cream. • Hard-O-Tronic • Mixing is constantly controlled by the electronic system Hard-O-Tronic. • This system enables the operator to choose the more appropriate density for the ice-cream. • This allows you to program the machine to produce ice-cream, yoghurt, sorbet or other products. • Distribution taps • The taps are protected by a hygienic cap which can be removed at the moment the ice-cream is to be poured. • Production Cycle • Via the distribution taps you can control the dosage of soft ice-cream • The mixture goes at the same time from the refrigerated tank to the mixing cylinder & it becomes immediately frozen. • This gives a simple, hygienic & fast way you can produce quantities of soft ice-cream, guaranteeing freshness. • Mixture for ice-cream • With this unit it is possible to utilize all types of mixtures; • Ones from fresh ingredients, pre- prepared ones or utilizing liquid mixtures & pasteurized and pre packaged mixtures. • Technical characteristics • Electronic panel watertight, with self explanatory symbols for the different functions • Minimum level light indicated • Machine designed to pour ice-cream into big tubs • Machine has wheels, with brakes to ensure that the machine is easily and safely positioned. • Air cooled condenser fitted with every machine. • Electronic controls and refrigeration system are built to international standards.
