This Cambro Versa VBRL5110 69" Cold Food Mobile Serving Buffet is perfect for restaurants, cafeterias or catering companies and is for cold food only. This serving buffet comes equipped with (four), five inch casters with brakes that can make set up and transportation a breeze, molded-in handles, threaded faucet drain and double-wall polyethylene which acts as insulation to keep temperatures even. This serving buffet is non-electrical, which can save your bill, and is cooled with optional Camchillers or Cold Fest. Accommodating various size food pans up to six inches or four full food pans underneath this NSF compliant sneeze guard has never been easier.
