Brice CHEF 300 Food Slicer & Grater

The Chef Food Slicer & Grater has been designed for moderate to high-volume use in larger restaurants, supermarkets, and delicatessens.

Convenience features include fast blade change and dual inlet chutes, which make for fast and efficient slicing of any kind of fruit or vegetable in the busiest environment.

  • Manufactured in anodized aluminum and stainless steel to resist the corrosive effects of salts and acids.
  • Constructed for easy cleaning.
  • Up to 60 different slicing and grating combinations.
  • Safety interlock switches prevent operation if the machine is opened or the feeder handle is not closed.
  • Forced ventilation to the motor.

Medium duty vegetable processor; Disc diameter: 205mm; Cutting speed: 270rpm;
Manufactured in anodized aluminum and stainless steel; Fast blade change and dual inlet
chutes, which make for fast and efficient slicing of any kind of fruit or vegetable; Safety
cutoff switch on the lid; Forced ventilation to the motor; CE approved.
Optional extra: Starter kit comprises of 4 selected discs (Slicing: 1 x E6 or E8,
Chipping: 1 x B6 or B8, Shredding: 1 x Z4, Julienne: 1 x H4).
