How much is delivery?

Delivery is calculated on a per item basis. Cost is calculated based on the size and weight of the product and your distance from our warehouses. Delivery prices are shown during the check out stage of our website.

Do you deliver to my area?

We will deliver Items to most areas within Australia. We require someone to be present at the desired delivery address to sign for and accept delivery of goods. To find out if we deliver to your area please proceed through the checkout area for a delivery price. If delivery price is not available to your location please contact us on 02 4732 1830.

Are my goods insured?

Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If insurance is required, please contact us for insurance quotes on 02 4732 1830.

Which payment methods can I use to place my order?

You can pay with any Visa or MasterCard using our website. You may also pay via Cash, Direct Deposit and Cheque but payment must be cleared in our account before goods are dispatched.

Stock Availability?

Stock Availability is intended as a guide only as stock volumes can fluctuate. If an item is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of your order.

Payment Methods We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cheques, & PayPal. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure website. Paying by cheque order does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't Dispatch your items until your cheque is cleared into our bank account. We also accept Cash & eft throught our showroom in penrith.

Shipping & Delivery We deliver Australia Wide. Delivery is priced on a per product basis and is calculated by weight & volume. Enter your suburb and postcode when you check out and you delivery fee wiil be displayed. All deliveries are made to kerbside (or dock) of delivery Address. The purchaser acknowledges that it is their responsibility to provide labour and equipment to unload and position the goods on site at the purchasers expense. Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. Please contact us by 9am the following day after placing you order to request a quote for insurance. If insurance is applied to an item it is the customers resposibility to check good on delivery before signing the consignment note.

Warrenty All Products Sold by Alpha Catering Equipment are covered by the manufactures warrenty. Warrenty periods for each item are specified on our website. Warrenty starts from the date that the goods are invoiced. Returns Th Customer shall inspect goods immediately upon delivery and if goods are damaged it is the customers resposibility to notify the driver before signing for the goods, If the customer fails to do this they accept full resposibility of the goods Alpha Catering Equipment will only accept the return of Goods that have been supplied incorrectly, or vary from their description on the Alpha Catering Equipment website. If this is the case the customer must notify Alpha Catering Equipment in writing within 24hrs of delivery, please email to contact@alphacateringequipment.com.au. failure to do so may result in rejection of claims and as a result all additional charges incurred by Alpha Catering Equipment in replacing the good will be passed onto the customer, Alpha Catering Equipment at its discretion may charge a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. All returns must be returned in “As new” condition in the original carton it was received in, failure to do so Alpha Catering Equipment will be charge the customer a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. If the return is the nature of incorrect choice by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return of the goods and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
