FAQ

How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated on a per item basis. Cost is calculated based on the size and weight of the product and your distance from our warehouses. Delivery prices are shown during the check out stage of our website.
 
Do you deliver to my area?
We will deliver Items to most areas within Australia. We require someone to be present at the desired delivery address to sign for and accept delivery of goods. To find out if we deliver to your area please proceed through the checkout area for a delivery price. If delivery price is not available to your location please contact us on 02 4732 1830.
 
Are my goods insured?
Insurance for goods in transit is not included in the purchase price. If insurance is required, please contact us for insurance quotes on 02 4732 1830.
 
Which payment methods can I use to place my order?
You can pay with any Visa or MasterCard using our website. You may also pay via Cash, Direct Deposit and Cheque but payment must be cleared in our account before goods are dispatched.
 
Stock Availability?
Stock Availability is intended as a guide only as stock volumes can fluctuate. If an item is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of your order.
